Shipping Methods

We ship worldwide from Japan using Japan Post EMS, DHL Express, and UPS.

All orders are shipped directly from Japan, and we always select the most reliable and cost-effective shipping method available for your destination.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination and the total weight of your order.

International shipping costs from Japan can vary depending on package size, weight, destination, and carrier.

Although shipping charges may appear high, we encourage you to compare the total cost (product price + shipping) with other sellers. In many cases, our overall price remains lower because we ship directly from Japan and offer competitive product pricing.


Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–7 business days after payment has been confirmed.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.


Customs Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

For customers in the United States, all applicable import duties and tariffs are already included in our prices. You will not be charged any additional import fees upon delivery.

For customers in all other countries, any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Please check with your local customs office if you have any questions regarding import regulations or possible charges.


Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of international shipping, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for reasons attributable to the customer, including:

  • Ordering the wrong item
  • Purchasing an incompatible part
  • Changing your mind after shipment

Please make sure the product is compatible with your vehicle before placing your order.

If we ship the wrong item or your order arrives damaged due to our error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to provide a replacement or an appropriate solution.
