The CV Axle adopts a split design, which eliminates the need to disassemble or reassemble suspension components, constant velocity (CV) joints, or the boot itself during replacement. This design achieves a significant reduction in working time.
The material uses a high-quality resin with excellent fatigue resistance and weather resistance. The joint is fused by a welding method, ensuring strength equivalent to that of a one-piece boot.
The boot prevents water and foreign matter from entering the bearing section inside the CV joint, as well as preventing the scattering of lubricating grease. However, due to vehicle operation and steering movement, deterioration or damage may occur over time. Regular inspection and replacement are recommended.

restrictions.
