Installation

This roof basket mounts onto compatible roof crossbars / base carrier bars.

Crossbars are not included, so please prepare a suitable crossbar system for your vehicle separately.

Some vehicles may already be equipped with suitable crossbars. Please check your vehicle before purchasing.

Although the basket itself can be assembled by one person, installation onto the vehicle must be performed by at least two people due to its size and weight.

During assembly, contact between the connecting sections may scratch or remove some of the coating. After assembly, please apply an appropriate rust-preventive treatment to any exposed areas.

Installation instructions are not included. Please refer to the product images during assembly.

Professional installation is recommended.

Important Load Capacity Information

The stated approx. 68 kg load capacity is a reference value and does not mean that every vehicle can safely carry 68 kg on its roof.

The actual allowable load must not exceed the lowest applicable limit among:

• Roof Cargo Basket Load Capacity
• Crossbar / Base Carrier Load Capacity
• Vehicle Manufacturer's Maximum Roof Load

The roof basket itself weighs approximately 27 kg, which must also be taken into consideration when calculating the total roof load.

Always follow the vehicle and crossbar manufacturer's specifications.
